Customers may request a return or exchange if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must remain in their original condition without any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery. Products without original tags or packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return including products damaged due to misuse, products returned after the allowed time period, and items that are not in original condition or packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, Cuir Collection will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error from our side, such as a wrong or defective product, Cuir Collection will cover return shipping costs. In other cases, customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with returns.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
