Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), Cuir Collection will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
